Please  READ and hand this form into our shop,failure to comply with the rules will lead to problems and break down on your scooter.

YOU MUST CHARGE YOUR SCOOTER LUNCH DINNER AND ALL NIGHT LONG.  Make sure it is plugged in properly and lights are showing and wall plug is working. Call us if you need us to help you.  Every Hotel has our number.          

THERE IS NOW A CALL OUT FEE OF 50€ IF YOU CALL US FOR A BREAK DOWN DUE TO A FLAT BATTERY…

LOOK AFTER YOUR KEY AND CHARGER AT ALL TIMES MAKE SURE TO HAND THEM INTO RECEPTION WHEN YOU LEAVE.                    

REDUCE YOUR SPEED IMMEDIATELY ENTERING THE SANCTUARY

YOU CAN NOT GO UP THE HIGH STATIONS OF THE CROSS 

YOU MUST STAY AT THE SIDE OF THE ROAD                             

DO NOT LET ANYONE ELSE USE YOUR SCOOTER                        

DO NOT BLOCK DOORS, EMERGENCY EXITS ,LIFTS, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS.                                                                                  

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR SCOOTER OUT IN THE RAIN                      

KEEP YOUR SPEED LOW                                           

MAKE SURE CHARGER IS COMPLETELY REMOVED FROM SCOOTER WHEN TURNING IT ON.

ALWAYS REMOVE YOUR KEY AND MAKE SURE YOUR SCOOTER IS TURNED OFF BEFORE GETTING ON AND OFF.                      

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT UNIVERSAL WHEELS WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONCIBILITY FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOU?  If you bump any pedestrian’s IN THE STREET OR SANCTAURY you will be FULLY RESPONCIBLE.                                                                                    

Failure to comply with rules will result in your scooter being taken off you with NO REFUND.                                                                      

There is a 20€ charge for any lost keys and 80€ fee for a lost charger.                             

ENTERING THE SANCTUARY

SECURITY GUARDS ARE WATCHING YOU AND HAVE THE RITE TO REMOVE YOU FROM YOUR SCOOTER IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES

Entering the sanctuary IMMEDIATELY turn down your speed.

ENTERING stay on the left hand side and drive on the RED wheelchair path

EXITING stay on the other side (left) 

Do not drive in the middle of the circulation in the middle of the crowd, always stay at the sides.

Do not enter the sanctuary with anyone else on your scooter but you!! 

Do not enter into the churches,shops,buildings and lifts with your scooter they are a distraction, park your scooter outside the building and remove the key and WALK into places.

Never leave your scooter unattended with the key still on it always remove they key.

Be careful of pick pockets stealing things from your scooter basket

Do not attach HAND BAG STRAPS around the driving area of the scooter as this can catch the lever and cause an accident.
